## Discrepancy

SEA  - PREFLIGHT CHECK - RT (F/O) SLIDING CLEARVIEW WINDOW WOULD NOT OPEN.  REPLACED LATCH AND SPRING ASSY.  WINDOW THEN OPERATED PROPERLY.
