AT FL 240, LOST CABIN ALT CONTROL.  RT PACK WAS ON MEL.  FOUND AFT CARGO DOOR SEAL BLOWN OUT.  CLEARED RT PACK MEL.  REPLACED AFT CARGO DOOR SEAL PRESS CHK GOOD.   FWD OUTFLOW VLV INOP OPEN REPLACED FWD OUTFLOW VLV.
