## Discrepancy

UPON DEPLOYMENT OF L 1 DOOR SLIDE, SLIDE INFLATED SLOWLY AND LANYARD DID NOT RELEASE.  SLIDE DID NOT TOUCH FLOOR (SLIDE) BENT IN HALF.  REPLACED L1 SLIDE ASSY PER AMM 25 65 31 201.
