FLOORBEAM UPPER FLANGE IS CORRODED.  REMOVED COMPLETE UPPER CHORD INCLUDING PREVIOUS REPAIR AT RBL 35-45, FABRICATED AND INSTALLED REPLACEMENT UPPER T-CHORD SPLICE ANGLES SPLICE STRAPS AND FILLERS IAW ASA EA 53 10 02700.
