FWD LAV SERVICE PANEL DOUBLER IS CORRODED AT FORWARD LOWER LATCH CUTOUT DAMAGED SECTION.  FABRICATED LOCATED DRILLED AND INSTALLED REPAIR STRAP AND FILLER IAW ALASKA EA 5330 02339 AND AAR EA12687.
