NR 4 SPOILER BLADE SEAL FASTENER PENETRATED THE INSERT AND PUNCTURED THE UPPER SURFACE AND PREVIOUS REPAIR.  REMOVED PREVIOUS REPAIR, FABBED FILLED AND DOUBLER AND BONDED REPAIR IAW SRM 51 70 10.
