## Discrepancy

NR 1 ENG START VALVE WOULD NOT OPEN.  NO ROTATION OR VALVE OPEN LIGHT.  REPLACED NR 1 ENG START V/V PER MM 80 11 03, OPS OK.  GROUND VERIFICATION GOOD.
