OUTFLOW VALVE LOOSE/MISSING ANTI SKID.  COMPLETED EA 2130 01028 LOOSE/MISSING ANTI SKATE FOIL HAS NO AFFECT ON THE OPERATION OR FUNCTIONALITY OF THE OUTFLOW VALVE.  REMOVED ANTI SKID MATERIAL.
