EMERGENCY LIGHTING ABOVE EXIT ROW WINDOWS INTERMITTENT.  TURNED ON EMERGENCY LIGHTS, ALL LIGHTS ABOVE EXIT ROW WINDOWS ILLUMINATE STEADY.  OPS NORMAL.  EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCHED OFF.
