EMERGENCY LIGHT EXIT LOCATOR SIGN ADJACENT TO L1 DOOR HAS BROKEN LENS AND SEVERAL BROKEN LAMPS.  ACFT GROUNDED.  REPLACED LAMPS, REPLACED LENS, AND TESTED IAW MM 33-51-81-962-011.  OPS NORMAL.
