## Discrepancy

COULD NOT START NR 1 ENGINE.  ACFT GROUNDED. CHECKED AND FOUND NR 1 ENG START VALVE STUCK CLOSED.  REPLACED NR 1 ENG START VALVE IAW AMM 80-11-03.  LEAK AND OPS TEST NORMAL.
