FIRST OFFICER`S FMC KEYPAD WILL NOT LIGHT UP.  ACFT GROUNDED.  VERIFIED, FOUND RT MCDU KEYBOARD RIBBON HARNESS NOT FULLY LOCKED INTO POSITION.  SECURED. KEYBOARD OPS NORMAL IAW 34-61-01.
