SPEED TRIM FAIL LIGHT COME ON DURING RECALL.  ACFT GROUNDED. COULD NOT DUPLICATE. DFCS SPEED/TRIM SURFACE TEST GRP 60, LIBRARY 32 FUNCTIONS NORMAL, IAW MM 22-11-00. NO FAULTS.
