FRAME AT BS 827 HAS EVIDENCE OF A CRACK AT THE INBD FASTENER HOLE FOR BRACKET BETWEEN STRINGERS 8 - 9R.  ACFT GROUNDED.  REPAIRED THE FRAME  IAW DWG A5310025688.
