RECEIVED THE NEW FLOOR SUPPORT ANGLE, PN 143A5240-36, LOCATED, DRILLED AND INSTALLED A NEW FLOOR SUPPORT ANGLE IAW SRM 51-40-02 AND DWG 143A5240, REV, REMOVED THE DOT.
