F/O REPORTS CIRCUIT BREAKER OPEN ON SPCU, " BATTERY BUSS SWITCH POSITION INDICATOR" CIRCUIT BREAKER.  ACFT GROUNDED.  RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER.  TESTED SPCU IAW AMM 24-34-11.  GROUND TEST OK.  NO FURTHER TRIPPING NOTED.
