NR 1 ENGINE FAILED TO START, NO ROTATION, GOOD DUCT PRESSURE.  ACFT GROUNDED.  START VALVE CONNECTOR NOT SECURED, SECURED CONNECTOR.  PERFORMED GROUND ENGINE RUN, GROUND VERIFICATION CHECKS GOOD.  OK FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
