NR 1 ENGINE WOULD NOT START.  ACFT GROUNDED.  FOUND START VALVE CONNECTOR PLUG LOOSE.  TIGHTENED CONNECTOR PLUG.  RAN ENGINE, GROUND CK OK REF AMM 71-00-00.
