FOUND S4 EGT PROBE ATTACHMENT NUT STRIPPED.  ACFT GROUNDED.  REMOVED & REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE S4 EGT PROBE AND ATTACHING HARDWARE IAW AMM 77-21-01-401. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
