## Discrepancy

NR 1 ENGINE ANTI-ICE VALVE INOPERATIVE.  ACFT GROUNDED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 ENGINE COWL ANTI-ICE VALVE IAW AMM 30-21-11. GROUND VERIFICATION WAS NORMAL.
