WARNING LIGHT ON OVERHEAD PANEL DURING TAXING OUT.  ACFT GROUNDED.  SPCU FAULT ON BITE, WILL NOT CLEAR. REMOVED & REPLACED SPCU IAW AMM 24-34-11.  OPS NORMAL, AFTER FAULT CLEARED.
