ROW 1 EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  ACFT GROUNDED.   CHECKED WIRING AT LIGHT ASSY L1505, FOUND A BAD GROUND. RESEATED THE GROUND, OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 33-51-00.
