## Discrepancy

NR 1 ENGINE FAN BLADE SHIMS REQUIRE REPLACEMENT DUE TO WEAR.  FAN BLADE PLATFORMS HAVE MISSING ELASTOMER, OUT OF LIMITS. ACFT GROUNDED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FAN BLADE SHIMS IAW 78472002.
