CENTER TANK REFUELING CONTROL PANEL QUANTITY INDICATOR BLANK.  ACFT GROUNDED. CHECKED VOLTAGE AT PIN 24, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED CENTER REFUELING QUANTITY INDICATOR. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW IAW AMM 28-41-61.
