RIGHT PACK LIGHT ON, ON RECALL.  ACFT GROUNDED.  REPLACED THE RIGHT PACK RAM AIR INLET ACTUATOR IAW AMM 21-51-22, BONDING CHECKED GOOD AND ACTUATOR OPS CHECKED GOOD.
