NR 1 ENGINE ANTI-ICE VALVE FAULT ECAM.  ACFT GROUNDED. THE NR 1 ANTI-ICE TESTED WITH ENGINE RUN IAW AMM 30-21-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.  NO DEFECTS NOTED. OK FOR SERVICE.
