CABIN PRESSURE CONTROL SYSTEM FAILURE.  ACFT GROUNDED. FAILURE MESSAGE 21-31-51, OUTFLOW VALVE FOR BOTH SYS. REPLACED THE OUTFLOW VALVE 10HL IAW AMM 21-31-51-04. OPS CHECKED GOOD. OK FOR SERVICE.
