HF 1 TRANSMITTER INOPERATIVE.  HF1 WILL RECEIVE ALERTS AND CAN HEAR COMMUNICATION. CANNOT TRANSMIT.  ACFT GROUNDED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 HF COUPLER IAW AMM 23-11-61.
