GENERATOR NR 2 WILL NOT COME ON LINE. NO VOLTS/ FREQS AND DRIVE LIGHT IS ILLUMINATED. GROUNDED - YES. REMOVED AND REPLACED IDG REF AMM 24-11-11. OPS CHECK GOOD.
