AFTER START,  CAPT PITOT CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  GROUNDED - YES.  FOUND CAPT PITOT HEAT CIRCUIT BREAKER OUT.  RESET THE CIRCUIT BREAKER IAW SPM 20-60-01, CAPTS PITOT HEAT OPS NORMAL IAW AMM 30-31-00.
