APU FAILURE TO START.  FAULT MESSAGE INLET TEMP SENSOR SHOWS SHORT.  GROUNDED - YES.  REMOVED AND REPLACED APU INLET TEMP SENSOR PER AMM 49-61-31.  OPS TEST NORMAL.
