LEFT PACK LIGHT ILLUMINATED AMBER.  GROUNDED - YES.  RAN BITE TEST FOUND RAM AIR DOOR ACTUATOR FAULT.  REPLACED ACTUATOR IAW B737-900 AMM 21-51-21.  CLEARED FAULT, OP CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME.
