WHILE ACCOMPLISHING REFUELING PANEL OPERATIONAL TEST, FOUND ALL LOWER DIGITS OUT ON THE #2 TANK REFUEL INDICATOR. GROUNDED - YES. REMOVED & REPLACED #2 REFUEL INDICATOR. REF B737-800 AMM 28-41-61.
