## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR AT SEAT 14F HAS ACCESS PANEL THAT HAS FALLEN OFF. GROUNDED - YES.  FOUND 16F AND 17F EMERGENCY EXIT LANYARD HOUSING'S LOOSE. REMOVED TAPE AND RE-SECURED. OPS CKS NORMAL.
