TWO UNSUCCESSFUL APU START ATTEMPTS ON TAXI IN. APU FAULT LIGHT ILLUMINATED BOTH TIMES. GROUNDED - YES. PERFORMED APU BITE AND OPS TEST REF AMM 49-11-00. COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAULT. NO DEFECTS NOTED AND OPS NORMAL.
