RAMP REPORTED L1 DOOR NOT ABLE TO OPEN.  GROUNDED - YES. FOUND AIRCRAFT SLIGHTLY PRESSURIZED, SHUT DOWN APU, BLED CABIN PRESSURE OFF, L1 DOOR OPEN AS NORMAL IAW AMM 49-11-00, OUTFLOW VALVE WAS FOUND SHUT. APU OPERATES NORMALLY.
