CRACK INDICATION FOUND,  NR 1 RT HORZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN STAB. STA.157.10 .900"L INBD OF INBD ROW OF FASTENERS, 22.75" AFT OF FWD SPAR. GROUNDED - YES. REPLACED THE RT HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN STAB STA 157.10 IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11.  REPAIR IS A CAT "B" INSPECTION THRESHOLD 56,000 TFC AND REPEAT INSPECTION INTERVAL 9,000 FC.
