## Discrepancy

AFTER DISARMING DOOR, SLIDE PACK FELL OUT OF THE 1L DOOR. SLIDE DID NOT DEPLOY. GROUNDED - YES. RE INSTALLED SERVICEABLE EVAC SLIDE ON 1L DOOR PER AMM 25-61-+01-400-801. NO DEFECTS NOTED, OK FOR SERVICE.
