## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO PLATFORM, RT ENGINE SHUTOFF VALVE DID NOT OPEN. SHUTOFF VALVE WAS REPLACED IAW MM 80-10-02, TESTS WERE CORRECT.
