AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO PLATFORM DUE TO LT IVSI WAS OUT OF SERVICE. LT IVSI WAS REPLACED IAW MM 34-46-05, TESTED CORRECT. AIRCRAFT WAS REFUELED AND DISPATCHED.
