AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO PLATFORM DUE TO, AFTER RT ENG START THE LT ENG WAS 44% AT N2 & EGT INDICATOR FLASHING. CHECKED THE PRSOV IAW FIM 36-10 TASK 803 PROCEDURE, NO CONFIRMING FAILURE.
