AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO PLATFORM DUE TO, AFTER START ENGINES THE ILS & GLS LIGHTS TURNED ON IN THE IRS DISPLAY PANEL WHEN MASTER CAUTION PUSHED.  PERFORMED THE FIM 34-31 TASK 801 PROCEDURE, NO CONFIRMING FAILURE, TESTED CORRECT.
