## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION, EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAILED TO TEST EVERY TIME.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 EMERGENCY BATTERY.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
