## Discrepancy

FLT 4998 - CAPTAIN REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS NOT ARMED.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE MULTIPLE ALARM PANEL.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (M)
