## Discrepancy

DURING GROUND INSPECTION, ALL OF THE EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK IN THE NR 1 POSITION.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.  AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE.
