## Discrepancy

DURING A GROUND INSPECTION, THE LOWER EXTERNAL EMERGENCY LIGHT ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FUSELAGE WERE INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE CHARGED THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACKS.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.  AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE.
