PERFORMED UT THICKNESS OF BLEND AREA IAW MAC NDT INSPECTION PROCEDURE UT-3, MINIMUM MATERIAL REMAINING IS .048".   R & R DAMAGED DOUBLER IAW REO 601R-53-41-316.
