AT FL300 THE CAPTAINS WINDSHIELD BEGAN TO SPARK AND DELAMINATED RESULTING IN A CRACKED WINDSHIELD.  FOLLOWED QRH, DIVERTED.   R & R LT WINDSHIELD IAW AMM 56-11-01. LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
