## Discrepancy

THE CREW REPORTED STRONG BURNING ODOR COMING FROM ROW 17-19.  MX INSPECTED AND PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS WITH BOTH PACKS SYS ON.  NO ODOR WAS NOTED.  THE ACFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
