THE CREW REPORTED NR 3 TIRE BLEW ON TAKEOFF.   PERFORMED EMERGENCY LANDING.  MX REPLACED THE NR 3 AND NR 4 MAIN WHEEL ASSEMBLIES.  THE ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
